The combination of impermeability and durability

Permanently impermeable

Sealing washers are used in valves and pumps in almost all industries. In contrast to conventional sealing materials, sealing washers made of technical ceramics are characterised by their special surface quality, which combines the highest sealing requirements with extreme durability. Further advantages: they are temperature and corrosion resistant and can be manufactured to the tightest, dimensionally accurate tolerances.

Flatness: 0.006 mm (0.6 µm)
Parallelism: 0.025 mm (25 µm)
Roughness depth: 0.001 mm (1 µm)
